Hot Pastrami & Egg Sandwich Recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F, then toast the Euro-Bake Telera Roll on the griddle for 1-2 minutes. 
2. Spread on the spicy Ruben sauce on both side of the roll.
3. Next place the onion potato hash brown, followed by the Swiss cheese, slices of hot pastrami brisket.
4. Top the brisket with sliced red onions, pickles, and shredded cabbage. Finish with a perfect fried egg with a runny yolk.

Caramelized Onion & Cabbage Hashbrowns

1. In a medium pot, heat the chicken fat over medium heat. Add the onion and begin to slowly caramelized for 5-10 minutes.
2. Add the cabbage, garlic, thyme and continue cooking for 5 minutes
3. Remove from the heat and cool mixture.
4. Once the mixture is completely cool, add the warm mashed potato, shredded raw potato, whole egg, salt and pepper.
5. Lastly incorporate rice flour to the mix. Form 40g hash brown cakes.
6. Pan fry in chicken fat until golden brown.

Spicy Reuben Sauce Recipe

1. Combine all ingredients together to create sauce.
2. Let cool in the refrigerator for an hour for optimal flavor.
